Hey Team India! 

I know you've been anxiously awaiting this information and today's the day!  I'd like to offiically introduce you to your leader!  (insert drum roll here......)

Lindsey Eaton is your fearless leader!  She couldn't be more excited to join you on this journey to India!  Here's a little fun info about Lindsey.  Feel free to comment here and tell her how awesome she is....because trust me, she is! :)

     My name is Lindsey Eaton and I love my Abba Father more than anything in this world. God has given me a heart to love and serve Him so that's exactly what I will do with my life. My life has just been crazy the last 2 years. My previous life was full of recruiting for a Biotech company in San Diego, filling my schedule to the brim, serving at my home church (The Rock), and growing in my relationship with the Lord. THEN he sent me on The World Race.

     I left in January 2010 and I just got back! Through that experience the Lord has blessed my socks off and has opened my eyes up to the world HE created. He has given me a very compassionate heart for those that don't have a personal relationship with him but with that can come a feeling of hopelessness that there is not enough time and there is so much to do. I know that my God knows what he is doing. He's in control and I just have to make that daily decision to TRUST with all that I can. I have no idea what the Lord is up to. He sent me on that 11 month journey to get my life wrecked for His glory and now He's sending me out again to India to lead a group of women...who I know are going to be warriors for the Lord! I'm SO EXCITED!!

A few things God helped solidify in my heart this past year:

- My identity comes from Him alone and anything else is just not worth it!

- He IS in control of all things and can make a beautiful masterpiece out of a trillion pieces of rubble.

- He is LOVE. Yes, I know that we say it and it's in His word but now I actually believe this about my Father. His heart is to only love. He can't do anything else.

- He has given me a heart for his creation and that includes all of the plants and animals! Let's be good stewards of this earth!

- My heart is for those that are LOST, BROKEN, HURTING. I want to turn my compassion into ACTION. I'm still trying to figure out what that looks like in all situations.

- God surprises me daily by how much he loves me!

- My heart is for those who are captured in the sex-trafficking business. I want to work to break men, women and children out of it! I'd love to counsel...

A few random things about me:

-I love grilled cheese. I know this isn't really God related but it's a really simple feel-good meal that I learned to love on the World Race.

- If you want to, you can buy me sweets :).

- Please don't touch my face, I really don't like it. :)

- I love photography and I can't wait until that special day when I purchase a nice DSLR for my very own :).

- I love to have fun!

      God has truly blessed my world. He has provided a life abundantly with a real relationship with Him, action, travel, excitement, growing experiences, and great family and friends. I know walking with the Lord can be tough at times but I can't imagine my life any other way.
